What are your experiences with Probiotics or Digestive Enzymes?

I ask because all you ever read is how these are great for everyone. But in my

experience there is always the exception. I have also read on here where a Dr.

told one of the members to stop the Probiotics because it can cause bloating.

So I am wondering what everyones experience with these are and if you know of

any information on these things were there were adverse reactions to either one

of these things.
