Dear , Attached are 2011 FDA adverse reactions to Polyethylene Glycol. I also included the Drug Oversight Board Meeting they hosted on June, 18 2009. They're finally investigating PEG in children. The are investigating metabolic acidosis in these children which my dd has symptoms of. She also gets canker sores on a monthly basis. We're trying to figure out how to correct this problem of their bodies being too acidic. On the Miralax board, a woman posted an article about giving lemon juice to break down oxalates. Have you seen this? It seems to help these children. I came across an article on how oxalates can rob the body of lysine. If I give Lysine will It

help with the canker sores considering it could be borderline metabolic acidosis or do we need to correct that soley? Thanks ,,Jeanie
