We are training my receptionist to take over the entry of the EOB's/processing claims. I was thinking a quick medical billing course may be helpful for her. I was looking at local community colleges/technical schools and they mostly have full 80 hour courses for over $1500 to become certified. Has anyone done something like this before with their internal staff? Do you find any good online or local course that they used?
