By the way, when I think I might be going into afib, I do deep breathing exercises like the one you mention below. It does help. I do the " belly breathing " thing, empty all the air out and breath in until I can't take any more. I do this in a steady rhythm: neither fast nor slow. Sometimes it prevents the afib from getting started. Sometimes it just makes me feel better: better air. Thanks for the information. Hope you stay in NSR forever.
