Hi Sunshine,

That is an awesome tip! I will try that! I had minor surgery on Monday, so ice

has no real use now other than to numb the area. But, the ice did keep the

swelling down immidiately after surgery and allowed for the swelling to stay

away. Now, my doctor and surgeon have suggested using a heating pad for the

area to speed healing. We don't have a heating pad and are extremely strapped

for cash. But, I do have flour, a baggie and a towel!! I will try this

suggestion! Thanks!
