Guest guest
, You are right! Live for right now. There is a lot that you can do to prevent ms troubles. Avoid sugar, dairy products, preservatives, fluoride, partially hydrogenated vegetable oils (found in most commercial bakery products) and alcohol. Do exercise and stretch regularly even if it is hard. Find out about vitamins, and supplements. Take Alpha Lipolic Acid, Vitamin D, CoQ10, Lutein, Bilberry, EPA, GLA, B-Complex, extra B-12, Get a "" blood test to determine what foods you may be allergic to and avoid those foods. You will learn a lot here, most important that you can still have a happy, active and productive life. Regards, Tom
