I only have Chiari (that I'm aware of) but I believe it to be the cause of

many complications and difficulties from my head (headaches, vision, memory,

dizziness,) to throat (hoarseness), to chest (pain and pressure) to arms

(numbness & tingling) to legs & feet (pain and difficulty walking at times).

And my herniation is only 4 - 5 mm.

About the only thing that is not affected on my body is my toenails.

Yes, my diagnosis was ACM II with no further complications. My symptoms

began progressing rapidly over a period of months and I felt there was no

option for me but surgery. I was decompressed 4/98 and am doing wonderfully.

I had a wonderful nsg and am very thankful to have been dxd properly and for

the results of the surgery.
