Guest guest
I am a director/instructor in a PTA program, and I just got through using a " sample " Geri-Care Doc CD-ROM for two weeks. We plan to purchase it next year for students to use. It has lots of good forms (I don't know how the billing compares) and uses the language from The Guide. Call the 800# and you can get a two weekk trial. Sue Riverland College Minnesota At 08:51 AM 5/28/99 -0500, you wrote: >Has anyone used the Geri-Care Software for computerized >documentation? Guest guest
Last year APTA approved a product endorsement of Geri-Care documentation system. A significant factor in this decision was the incorporation of " Guide " language. When it was reviewed by staff and board members, while not perfect, it was deemed a very sound system. , PT APTA Treasurer (for another 6 days) Re: Computerized Documentation >I am a director/instructor in a PTA program, and I just got through using a > " sample " Geri-Care Doc CD-ROM for two weeks. Guest guest
Our hospital is looking to replace its information system and has asked each department for its requirements. I would like any information on hospital-based computerized information systems for inpatients and outpatients. Some of the requirements that we are looking for are: 1. ability to enter charges with notes 2. patient side entry 3. ability to have preformatted forms that are medicare and JCAHO compliant. If you know of any programs out there, please let me know through this bulletin board. Thanks in advance, Bob Rohack PT Rehab Supervisor Bethesda Memorial Hospital Boynton Beach, Fla
