Guest guest
Hello All: First I would like to thank Barbara for info regarding ability to participate in group, you have been most helpful since I am somewhat of a novice ! Secondly, I would like some direction as to how one determines or gets assistance with two things. 1-how does one determine if a building is sick, 2-how does one obtain info on the history of a building regarding inspections and if the owner of the building is up to date or has a obligatory responsibility to submit to inspections. I work at a hospital that has been expanded numerous times over many years and I am concerned about the ventilation system and the water system. Walking thru the building there are many ceiling tiles that are water stained and have been replaced at times. It is a non-profit, community owned hospital and I don't know if they are subject to the same rules and regulations as other hospitals. I have recently had sinus surgery done and prior to my surgery I have been made aware that there are MANY people that work at the hospital who have either had to have the same surgery or are suffering with sinus problems and other respiratory problems which they had not previously had before. It just seems to be too many people to be just a coincidence. Thank you for any input. Pat Jeanschild

Guest guest
Welcome Irene!! Interesting questions... I think pork is okay just not salt or cured pork. Also, I suppose you should avoid pork that was fed grain and antibiotics (But I think that is virtually impossible?) Let me check on that and get back to you. Our resident expert Bee Wilder is away briefly for some computer maintenance. About the herbs -- anise and horpito -- I'll check on them as well. Generally speaking though, things like those you mention and thyme and oregano oil are effective especially if rotated. Personally, when I'm doing antifungals, I try any and all of those things because I like to rotate the natural antifungals every five days or so to help keep the Candida from adapting. I think that's the advantage of using all these different volatile oils -- keep the Candida on its toes. By the way, I'm not taking any anti-fungals right now because I'm trying to build up my immune system after another round of antibiotics. I had a relapse of a bacterial infection. The anti-fungals can be tough on your system so be careful and use good judgment. ~Robin
