What do you mean exactly when you say your body doesn't "pull" the fluids in. My body doesn't do that either.

I hang the enema bag a couple of feet above me and slowly open the clamp on the tube. Gravity allows the fluid to flow into my body. The clamp allows me to gauge the forcefulness of the flow. Some people use a bulb, in which case, you gently squeeze the bulb which pushes the fluid into your body.

You do not want a forceful flow that pushes the fluid high into the intestine. The fluid should remain in the sigmoid colon. Holding the fluid in the S-colon allows the caffeine to stimulate the gall bladder to dump its toxins and rid them from the body, not reabsorb them as it would if the coffee is in the intestine being digested.

Has anyone else had an issue with their body's not wanting to pull the enema fluids in? I've had this issue, for the last 5 times!!!!

Even with hanging the bag on a shower curtain rod above, I haven't been able to

get fluids in me, for the last 5 times.

Can you take some psyllium husk first or bentonite clay to get things moving?

Also, I also believe the modern day toilet is THE worst invention for proper

evacuation. You can buy a toilet stool, which props up your feet, leading to a

more complete evacuation. Our lower colon is not supported for evacuation using

the average toilet.

Do you typically run constipated? (sorry for the personal question, but it will

give a better idea as to what is going on).

I am allergic to both items :P I got a drainage remedy from my MD. He's an

integrative health doc, like Klinghardt.

Oh my, how very frustrating for you. Assuming you are lying down when you try to insert the enema fluid, there must be a blockage somewhere. If not with you, then do test your enema tube and make sure the problem isn't there. If not drained well, it can become clogged with mold or whatever. As soon as you have filled your colon, be sure to clamp off the tube right away or "something" might back up into the tube.

It is good to let the coffee flow out the tube for a second before inserting, then clamp it off, and insert and open again. That pushes any air out of the tube first and not into you. Be sure to lubricate the tube before inserting. Coconut oil works fine.

I do my enemas lying in the bathtub. It's close to the stool and limits any chance of accident on carpeting or bedding.

I did the liver flush last weekend and I can testify, the ingestable epsom salts really clear the bowels! I've never had liver or gall bladder problems, and I detox quite well naturally. I just figured my liver has been through the war with chronic multiple infectious diseases (I like that description!) I can testify, I passed gall stones. Most, if not all, were bright green and smaller than peas. A couple were larger, about the size of a pinto bean.

As for swallowing the epsom salts, it took every bit of will power. But they turned out not to be the worst thing. It was swallowing that 1/2 C of olive oil with lemon juice that nearly did me in. It was disgusting.

However, none of it killed me or even made me sick, and the flush made me feel great! Lots of energy!
