Guest guest
During my course work for my RD, I never learned about an alkaline or acid ash diet. Then, while studying for the exam, they were on the flash cards I was using. So, I did a bit of googling and learned what they are. I came across this site: http://www.greattastenopain.net/aboutsherry.asp and am wondering if anyone has heard of or used this type of diet for patients. Lots of testomonial info, but I haven't taken time to do a lit review and find out. I have and RD friend with an RD friend who swears by an alkaline-ash diet. What is your experience with either type? Schoneweis, MS RD
