Thank you so much for this -- especailly since you had a migraine -- you could have waited untill you felt better, as as you can now tell, I have't had time to sit at my computer for a few days so this reply is some days after you emailed me. I trust your migraine is now over.

( have you tried Butterbur for migraine ? _ I have friends who have used it and it has eradicted migraine for them. Also high doses of Vit B2 help. www.iherb supplies both, and also a homeopathic migraine blocker which gives symptomatic relief).

Debra its relatively simple.You have to go to your yahoogroups homepage www.groups.yahoo.com.Then click on lyme_and_rife and it brings you to its home page . at the top of the page it will have a place to click that says edit this group, click it and it brings you to your settings for email.you can either click daily digest or read only.if you choose read only you have to go to yahoogroups to read any of the emails , clicking digest, you will typically receive two digests a day which is a lengthy page with all emails from several hours and you just scroll to the topic you want to readI hope this is clear enough Im writing with a migraine at the momentjanRe: OT: technical question on how to come off emails Posted by: "Debra Freechild" alwaysdebra@... alwaysdebra@... Hi Jim,

Could I get the same? I end up getting the e-mails (only one e-mail address though) in 2 different places. Could I get the daily digest version where they would all go to one location? i'd appreciate it. It would make it easier to follow the trail, as one e-mail would go to one folder and another would come in to a different one.

Hi - Thanks Jim. For some reason, some were coming into the Junk box and others into the Inbox. No clue as to why one would be Junk vs Inbox. The bizarre thing is that I'd have entries from people in both, so it wasn't filtering out any one person as ok and another as junk mail. Weird. the daily digests come into my inbox now. Makes it easier to follow strings instead of having to hop back and forth between the Inbox and Junk. And again, weird that any would go to Junk... technology.... gotta love it.
