Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to mention that I read if you do regular CEs, more then once a

day, it is a good idea to open up an occasional probiotic capsule into the

coffee. I am also dropping some liquid sea minerals into the CE. I read that

the CE does not remove much in the way of probiotics or minerals but over time,

it might slowly reduce your good flora and minerals. I have just decided to

start adding it back via the CE. If you add Chlorella or Cilantro or Zeolite to

your CE then you want to do this at another time, because the Chlorella and

Cilantro may tend to bind some of the minerals so it would be counter productive

to do them together.
