Can PEG affect lab results

My son just had lab testing done for multiple things and the only thing that

concerned the Dr. was " elevated Bilirubin " . Which due to my sons chronic

constipation/irregularity he is sending him to a Gastro. So it made me wonder

since it hadn't been too long since we had tried the Miralax if it could have

affected this testing or even caused the " elevated bilirubin " . Does anyone know

anything about this.
