What does the coil machine do?

Does the coil machine just suppress symptoms or do you feel it kills and slowly

eliminates the lyme infection?

I read that some folks feel " tied " to their machines because they need to coil

so often. Can one actually get well enough to not have to rely on the coil

machine as often or is this something we will need to use forever?

Sorry...I am just a newbie trying to sort it all out and it can be overwhelming.

Any experiences/thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
