Hi Whitney,

I can answer that question. Muscle testing is better known as the art of

Kinesiology. If you google kinesiology or muscle testing you will learn a lot

about it. There are a lot of YouTube videos on the subject as well. Basically,

your body goes weak when it is exposed to something that you are either allergic

too, is not in the best interest of your body or when you think negatively or

use the word no. When a practitioner tests a supplement for example, they will

put the supplement in your left hand as that is the side of the body according

to chinese medicine that energy enters. You will hold your right arm out

straight and you will resist the pressure emitted by the practitioner pushing

down on your arm. If your arm goes weak and you can not resist the pressure,

then that supplement is not in the best interest of your body. If you hold

strong then the supplement is good for you. The same can be done with parasitic

formulas. Your body intuitively knows if an antiparasitic will be helpful to

you. If it isn't, your arm will go weak when testing the formula. If you hold

strong then it will help your parasite issue. Dr K has been finding that most

of his patients are not testing very well to the herbs because so many people

use them and the bugs are becoming resistant just like with abx. Dr Grindstaff

in Dr. Ks office told me that Dr. K is so accurate with his muscle testing that

they can send lab tests on things Dr. K finds with muscle testing and the lab

tests come back confirming his findings.

Whitney, Muscle testing is an evaluation tool some practitioners use to help

determine whats going on in the body and also to help determine what supplements

will help. The practitioner applies resistence to some muscle, such as pushing

down on your extended arm, to get a baseline for how much resistence you

provide. Then they will introduce various remedies and see if your muscle

resistence improves or gets worse.

Hi Whitney,

Just to let you know in case your new Doc has a negative reaction about muscle

testing. Muscle testing is mainly used by alternative docs. Most Allopathic

doctors will try to convince you that it has no merit. I know personally that

it is very helpful in determining what the body needs. For example, I was

testing a supplement last night that my Chiropractor thought I should take. I

tested it and it was not showing as helpful to my body. When I checked the

ingredients, it contained Gluten which I am sensitive too. My body intuitively

new this.
