Guest guest
Hey guys- For those of you who have children with chiari problems and who've had (or need) a decompression, what is the level of the SB lesion? We've been told that it is kind of unusual to have Chiari problems when the level is L2-L3. Any comments? Also, has anyone see Dr. Mapstone (I think) at Emory/Eggleston (not sure which it is) in Atlanta?? Your experience positive or negative? I would appreciate any input as we believe that a Chiari decompression may be the key to 's hand/neck problems. Thanks.... , wife to Jeff 9 yrs, mom to , 4 yrs, SB (L2), VP shunt (no more as of 10-7-03), dysgenesis of corpus callosum, tethered cord, syrinx, neurogenic bladder, kidney reflux-cath 5+X/day, and now, apparently seizures, too....wheels, RGO's http://emilyzhouse.homestead.com/emilyzhouse.html emilyshouse@...
