Hi, I'm wondering which Natural Calm product /flavor I should get for my 4.5

year old? I was going to get the liquid kids calm with the multivitamin but i

read terrible reviews about the flavor being so strong. My son has a sweet tooth

so to get him excited about taking it I'm looking for the best flavor.

Also, any hints on what (if anything) to mix it with?

He's definitely a holder and has been for a year or so, when he was constipated

and the pedi said to use miralax. But he was too plugged up so the miralax just

sat inside of him and tortured him and he sat on the toilet screaming/writing in

pain until someone was able to get to the store for a suppository. Fun stuff.

Ever since then he's been very hesitant to go to the bathroom.

He's been on the kirkmans chewables for about 5 weeks now (I crush and hide them

in yogurt or oatmeal because he hated how they tasted and refused them) and even

though he's still holding, when he decides to go (every 4-6 days) it's soft and

easy for him, so no more suppositories. I need now to up the frequency to 1-2

days and am hoping the Natural Calm might help. He also takes omega 3 chewables

and some chewable magnesium tablets, plus I put ground flax seed in cereal,

tacos, oatmeal, etc. when I can. I'm going to try the olive leaf extract someone

just wrote about in case there's a yeast problem because he gets a bit

aggressive after day 4 and I wonder if its due to yeast?

Thanks,
