Guest guest
The other thing is that Ken is still growing and maturing and young people even without this disease and all the bad stuff that goes with it act out. Peg, Ken hasn't been a problem. I was asking because at the Baylor evaluation they said after tx all the meds can cause mood problems. I was trying to learn from the guys who said they had short temper trouble (hey, a new PSC symptom - hereafter called STT.) Ken has problems with depression not anger. I think sometimes that's worse. Guest guest
Hey Peg, have you ever given any thought to a nerve block for your pain?? Heard from JQ lately?? Yes have thought of it only my pain is muscular but when I see the pain spec (I'm #64 to have my one-on-one) I am going to ask him about it cause I know he does em. Boy will I have to have a list for him. Gee the 18th will be my 1 year anniversary for the injury (not a celebration indeed). I can't believe this is gone on so long or that it just won't go away like the other injury pains I've had. Now I'm beginning to believe I have fibromyalgia - lot of symptoms. Lots of muscular aching throughout my who body. Boy good caregiver I am. Just got back from the mall. They are selling chairs right out in the middle of it that massage, not vibrate kneading and rolling and tapping, squeezes your calves and goes all the way up the head (since I'm short it even went higher than my head) I need one - Phil needs one - want to take up a collection? They are only $2900. Worse than the money is that we don't have a place to put it. We almost got a Berkline one but not anywhere near as good (course only 1/3 the price) but I canceled it cause I didn't want that clumky thing in my living room. Wish there was room in my bedroom. Our office is full of desks and computers. I suggested the garage but it's full too. Just have to get a bigger place I guess - and some money wouldn't hurt. We were each able to sit/lay in one at the same time. Guess we'll go shopping more :-). Haven't hear from JQ. She sends an e-mail every so often but doesn't pick up phone. Tried her on my day off Thursday got here machine. Frustrating. Peg
Guest guest
Hi Peg, Is there any way you could make me a copy of the literature you have about living donor transplants? They don't have anything yet here in Boston and I wanted to supply someone with information. Let me know if you can and I'll reimburse you for postage and copying... Thanks, Gracie
Guest guest
Hi, Peg. Janet from 'Jersey here. I would also like a copy of your information about living donor transplants. Also, is there anything on line about living donors that you are aware of? My brother, my son and my niece have all volunteers to be living donors (what a blessing they are!). I would like to get the information to them so they can evaluate it. Thanks a lot, Peg. **************************************************************** This e-mail and any documents accompanying this e-mail contain information which is confidential and/or legally privileged.
