Great idea!

I did the lists when I was 18 and severely depressed, I was on SSDI

due to the depression and had been told since I was 16 that the best I

could hope for was to live in a group home. I made it out of the

severe depression and did ok.

What I did was challenge myself by gradually adding to the list, and

like you said, anything that didn't get done went on the next day's

list.

Now that you've reminded me, I'll start that up again. Back then I

made them on a typewriter, now I have a computer, ooh! Graphics and

fancy fonts now!
