I did total basic #3.

hopefully tomorrow i will do one hour.

My Day 1: I did the Tae Bo Strength DVD from the

Capture the Power series, which included the Tae Bo

balls. I did the full 45 mins but was very happy when

it was over.....whew!

I will be doing the same workout around 1600. I look forward to it

as I have almost figured out what leg goes where and when. Best of

To chime in I have done my tae bo workout today (Boot Camp Cardio) and am working to eat like I should, which is my biggest challenge. Keep me in your thoughts and prayers as I am doing the same for all of you. Be encouraged!
