Hello Kaylene,

You are correct,I just took one valium and soon found myself getting

sleepy.

I slept for four hours and fifty minutes or just in time to catch the

rest of the Met's playoff game, ha,ha, ha.

I will wait until the six to eight hours before I take another one.
