Please can you put a paragraph in your paper to let people know that there is the following meeting:-

Patient and Family Support Organisation for all concerned or affected by Prostate Cancer

A meeting will be held at the Cookridge Hospital Social Centre on Saturday 3rd December at 2pm until about 3.30pm

The Guest speaker will be Mr Alan , Urological Surgeon from St Hospital

His topic is the use of bisphosphonates in treating Prostate Cancer. One of the possible side effects of some treatments is a thinning of the bones making any osteoporosis worse. In some clinics biphosphonates are used to assist the maintenance of bone thickness and stability.

Interested parties can contact Ron Browne on 01423 865531 or 01924 275985.

The group attracts members from a wide area not just Leeds

Thanks for your help
