Guest guest
I haven't been able to do housework for two years. The only thing I can do occasionally is a load of clothes or the dishes if I'm having a good day. I have constant pain that never goes away. If I try and do any kind of activity it puts me in the bed for a week. Of course, I have back and neck problems in addition to the fibro, so that may be why this is the case with me. hugs, Sundra Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall <Do you any of you find that if you just don't do much especially like with the housework that you are able to minimize the flares or not have one at all?>

Guest guest
Kristy, I'd have to say that the more I do, the more I seem to flare up. So I guess it would come to follow that if I do a lot of housework I seem to hurt more and for longer times. If I don't do too much, I usually can keep the worst of the pain at bay. Maybe we should all go on strike and not do anything - LOL a > Hi all, > > I have a question for everyone (yep, including lurkers). Guest guest
<I do think though that my vacumn cleaner may add to the pain in my lower back, Im not sure yet, but its a new pain.> The worst thing to do for your back in vacuum, sweep or mop. Since I had my back injury, my neurosurgeon will not let me do any of the above or lift over 5lbs. hugs, Sundra Our greatest glory is not in never falling, but in rising every time we fall
