For the last couple of weeks baked potatoes and bananas are the only things that don't make my tummy sick. It is due to needing the large amounts of potassium. The main problem is I love baked potatoes but only with tons of butter! That is not good for you, but the docs say potatoes are one of the best sources of potatssium.
