This person tells all sorts of success stories healing things with this stuff mixed with DMSO rubbed onto various parts of the body: http://forum.davidicke.com/showthread.php?t=118986 Of course, he also uses it as a recreational drug! But at anyrate, it caught my attention that perhaps it can potential to heal all sorts of problems. He claims it is non toxic and is already in your body. I stumbled into it while researching possible receding gums treatments. Comfrey was one suggestion, which contains allantoin. Comfrey root decoctions are used internally (leaves are not used internally), so perhaps there is some place for internal use of allantoin.
