Hi

We use the Barlean's Zest lemon swirl fish oil for my children and I use the peach mango one. My kids love it! And I believe it helps.... so I hope so :)!

My children get 1 tablespoon once a day and I buy the adult size bottle. Our homeopath came up with the 1 tablespoon as the correct amount needed.

I highly recommend this one, my kids are very picky about taste and especially fish taste. They are fine with this brand and we have tried gummies and others but they could taste fish at the end.

I use flax seed in their coconut yogurt and sometimes in protein shakes.

Hi All! Has anyone tried giving their child Barlean's Fresh Flax Oil? Did it help with constipation? How much of it did you give your child?Do you recommend the original flavor or fruit flavors? Does one work better than the other? Thank you very much in advance.

It's not too sweet or too tart.... kind of between. Has some sweet and some tart so it balances it out. It tastes pretty good. My kids do not like the gummies at all! This is the only fish oil I can get them to take.

I don't know, we never tried ay for the kids. We have stuck with fish oil since our homeopath highly recommends fish oil. She wanted us to do the Nordic but it taste's too fishy for us. So she said the Barlean's was a good one to stay with. I personally tried the women's chocolate raspberry swirl which is with flax oil and rosemary. I know other's who love it, but I was about to vomit. I could not swallow it. It was disgusting to me. We are very sensitive to these things. Have you tried any before? Some of the organic markets have good return policies, if you are not pleased you can return it in 30 days with receipt. I have 2 here that let's us take things home and try it and if we don't like it we can return it for our money back within 30 days.

Personally, I think the lemonade swirl is very very good and I really peach mango myself. My kids will alternate between these 2 with me.
