What would the benefit be? I am so confused by this. And saddened by it. The ones he has now are from Walmart the parents choice brand. I know all of them do not have this but since my son is so chemically sensitive and always seems to have a rash on his bottom I want to start using all natural ones. Guest guest Posted May 31, 2011 Report Share Posted May 31, 2011 My DD would develop rashes, even when using the Pampers Sensitive wipes, so now we use the Kleenex hand towels (the ones that come in that oddly shaped box). We simply wet it with warm water and wipe. This is the same type of wipe that they also used in the hospital where she was delivered so I just went back to that. Since then, no issues. We also use the Welleda all natural tooth paste for toddlers, the kind where if she were to "accidentally" swallow it, she'd still be fine. She loves the taste and always wants to lick the top. I used that for myself bc I used to suffer from mild hemorrhoids and have not since. But when I use the Kleenex hand towels or when I used to use the Pampers sensitive wipes, I just rolled the soiled wipe up with the diaper....oh, wait a second! I just realized....your son's not in diapers, right? Doh! Alot of personal care products too like shampoo and stuff. I'll just use a wipe!"Oh-my-gosh... let me tell you: That wipe BURNED. I know he's a little boy so I am assuming it didn't burn him like it did me, but the mere fact that it burned. Why would they put any products in wipes that would cause me to burn down "there"?! I felt so bad for all those years that I was using them. And these were the "sensative" ones. I did try some other ones that were more natural but they all burned. Luckily, he was almost done with them so it wasn't too hard to "make do" and just make my own. I just tosse them in the trash vs flushing them. My DD would develop rashes, even when using the Pampers Sensitive wipes, so now we use the Kleenex hand towels (the ones that come in that oddly shaped box).
