Hi Everyone. I wanted to thank everyone who sent me such great emails,

tons

of encouragement, hugs and advice. I got so many, I tried to respond to

each

one of you but couldnt due to a nasty headache that wont go away. (UGHH)

I did want to express my appreciation for all the email. I cried and

smiled

and learned alot for each email.

Well to update everyone, I am searching out a few different roads to

take

to get some help. My mom (what a wonderful lady) contacted Dr.

Ellenboggan

and was given the name of a neuro at Walter Army Base in

Washington.

The neuro Dr. Ellenboggan gave us in experienced with ACM.

So with that I'm trying to get a referal to see this neuro. That will

prob.

take some time due to insurance having to approve my going such a long

distance to get help. I tried the best route to get them to approve it.

I

spoke in regards to money. I told them that they would save so much

money if

they would aggree to refer me to Washington for help, rather than me

being

the guinea pig of other docs and seeing numerous ones with who knows

what

kind of bills they would rack up. =)

If the insurance company wont help then I've already spoke with my

neuro that

did my original surgery and he has also agreed to help if I come home

and

work with us on the money aspect. (Since insurance would prob. not

cover going

home. =( )

I also contacted the patient advocate for the base that we are

stationed at.

They are looking into assisting me in getting help. So things are going

better and there is a light at the end of the tunnel.

Thanks again to everyone. I have learned so much since I joined the

group. I

also dont feel like I'm alone in dealing with this. Cyber hugs to

everyone.
