Hi Brook,

I'm at the beginning stages of detox,

just learning.

I've used boneset tea, not recommended

for long term use, I use it a couple of times a week. supposed to reduce

inflammation, etc.

I'm purchasing red root, it comes in

extract and tea; supposed to help reduce inflammation, clear lymph nodes

and reduce cysts.

I take chlorella drops daily

I take baking soda (non alumn.) in the

morning to adjust my ph level, I'm very acidic.

I dry brush and take showers, hot/cold

x's 3 to help the lymph system; brush towards your heart.

I take epsom salt baths

and I bought a rebounder, small trampoline,

that I try to jump on to help my lymp system.

I use cod liver oil packs on my organs

I want to learn coffee enemas, haven't

gotten that far yet.

I'd love to get rid of the light sensitivity

and the noise sensitivity and tinnitus, I just keep trying different things

and hope one day something will work!

Have a wonderful weekend!
