Keep an eye open for fluctuating body temperature. When my dd had a reaction to this medication she had a very cold back and others parts of her body felt warm. She kept complaining about feeling hot and feeling cold. It is documented on the FDA adverse reactons many times about feeling hot/ feeling cold which bothers me b/c of the chemical make up of this medication.

IF it's breaking down into Ethylene glycol. it may have the same properties of what EG does. It somehow regualtes temperature. See below about a sweater made with PEG. SCARY. When I found this, it made me wonder if this is why we're seeing so many reports about feeling hot / feeling cold. It some how is affecting their body temperature. This document is in the files section. I found it many years ago. It could just be how the body reacts to toxic chemicals like PEG but it's gotta make you wonder if it does this in a sweater made PEG, it must be doing the same in the body. Has anyone noticed this?

\ in the U.S. Department of AgrlcultUft: have develo.,e<ia cotton fabric

I, that may help keep you warm when you're outside. The-fabric. treated with

polyethylene W'ycol. absorbs energy when the wearer is warm and then .

releases energy when the wearer moves to a colder environment. »

When our son was hospitalized for seizures, his cheeks were red and the doctors and nurses kept commenting on it. However I am not sure of the correlation as our son's cheeks can get that way if he gets hot or after playing sports. Having said that, he was neither hot nor playing sports in the hospital, so who knows.>> Has anyone experienced red, hot to the touch, red cheeks? This has been going on since March.>
