Guest guest
Darn it...there must be somebody. And excuse me for saying it, but what the -ell is wrong with your church??????? Do you have deacons who call on the sick? That's what a church is supposed to do....minister to it's congregation and also the community. Pardon my soapbox, but that makes me angry. Love, Cam Re: Dillion Dunno, its a problem to find somebody who would trade like that. And it is a shame, that I can't even ask a church member to run errands. They do fail when it comes to this. Good thought, though--Cam. Appreciate it. Dillion > Is there anybody you could barter with? 1. While it is wonderful to share our experiences with everyone on the list as to what treatments do and don't work for us, pls always check with your dr. Some treatments are dangerous when given along with other meds as well as to certain health conditions or just dangerous in general. 2. If you are in a difficult situation (doesn't matter what it is) pls don't be afraid to ask for help. It is the first step to trying to make that situation better. Have a nice day everyone. Guest guest
Who knows what is wrong. They did nothing to organize sitters for a woman in her 90s who needed their help. She later fell, and died from her accident. So I really don't suppose they will ever help me, if they couldn't help her. Dillion > Darn it...there must be somebody. Guest guest
Dillion....I have to order everything...including my shoes, from catalogues. I can't go shopping either. I bought all these expensive Birkinstocks because my foot is so swollen...and those felt good...Now I will be wearing a leg brace and can't wear ANY of the sandals I bought. I think I am being punished by the shoe fairies.....the doc wants me to wear tennis shoes. I can just see me dressed up to go somewhere and wearing tennis shoes. I guess I should put my vanity on the shelf and acknowledge that things aren't going to change. LOL Love, Cam Re: I cant stand it anymore/Gail I can identify with what you said, esp. Super Wallyworld, which is always my Waterloo. I can no longer go to Walmart, Kroger & Food Lion in one fell swoop. I'd be in major deep dodo then. There was a time,,, but that has gone by. I can hardly do WM without being in horrible pain. I can't do much shopping these days. Gail, it's easy to convince yourself that you feel so fab, that you could run a marathon!!! I do that a lot, and I always pay for it, too. It's gotten so bad for me that now, overdoing it is walking outside, and yanking a few weeds. I think it was 2000, I made some soil amendments to the garden soil (clay), and thought I would die. That was the year I discovered SAM-e, and CoQ10. Those were helpful. I have since learned to garden using raised beds that have as perfect as you can get it soil mixture.I guess what gets me is, my Mother who is 83 could run a marathon, and I'm a gimp. My Mother works out. The kind of shoes worn for Wallyworld is important. I have worn Dansko clogs, and have not had much hip pain. I don't have the closed heel Dansko, so they're too hard to wear driving a stick shift. I have had miminal hip pain from wearing Saucony Trail Runners. The worst pain I've ever had came from Dr. Scholls gel shoes. I was convinced that I had DVT. The pain from wearing them was horrible, so bad that the NPN ordered an Ultra-sound of my legs. If you can find something called homeopathic topical arnica montana gel, try that on your back. I've used that the times I've gotten my back 'gunched-up.'-I've broken pain cycles with Arnica homeopathic oral pellets. My sister-in-law was in a car wreck, and had terrible bruises from the seatbelt/airbag. She used arnica on her seatbelt impact injury. I guess she had to be convinced on the effectiveness of the gel. Say Gail, is Rich's still in Atlanta? I'm orginally from Georgia. Guest guest
Unfortunately, no. I'm near the Horse Center in Rockbridge County. And we still have flash flooding. The humidity is pretty beastly. Dillion > Dillion.....my mom lives in burg.....My favorite place in the whole country. Are you near there????? Love, Cam
