Guest guest
I've never seen something that looks like this on any of the " poop " sites. We started a new antifungal (ketoconazole) on Saturday, saw some stimmy die-off behavior that day. Sunday was a much better day, stims were down, cognition and language were better. He had one large soft poop that looked " normal " for him (formed, soft, undigested). We are giving mag. citrate for constipation that resulted in a fissure, which has softened his poops). But Sunday night, he was constipated, straining. Today (Monday), after some painful straining, I used a suppository. What finally came out was watery and undigested with white, slippery, capsule-like chunks. I have never seen this before. The rest of the stool was dark brown and green, like the spinach he's been eating. Could the white chunks be large colonies of yeast? I am not sure whether this is a liver problem ... it's not the overall stool color. We have been SCD for a month, FWIW. Suzanne
