nutrient needs for athletes

Hello All,

Does anyone have some type of table showing a breakdown of nutrient (macro and

micro) requirements for different types of athletes? I am performing nutrient

analyses for the food records of a couple of clients training for marathons and

am finding it rather time-consuming to look up every single nutrient to see

if/how needs are increased. It would be great if I could find this information

all in one place, not just for endurance athletes but other types as well. I

have one sports nutrition book which doesn't have what I'm looking for and I

ordered a couple of other ones from the ADA bookstore, but until they arrive,

does anyone have anything readily available that they could share or refer me

to?
