Methocarbam (Robaxin) And Ultracet

Hey Everyone,

Its Gail in Georgia, Last Thursday I had my first visit with my pain

specialist and she prescribed Methocarbam (Robaxin) And Ultracet for

pain.

I began taking these medications Thursday night and havent slept

since, The Restless leg syndrome has doubled, the pain has doubled,

and My skin has a crawley sensation like theres ants crawling on my

skin.

When I try to sleep I constantly jump and jerk all night long and my

legs and feet tingle like crazy, Even hot soaks in the tub hasnt

releved the sensations and pain.

Wanted to know has anyone else tried these medications and did anyone

have any of these effects.

I Wont be taking these meds any more and have a call into my Pain

specialist to get another prescription.

If anyone has any feed back on these two drugs, Please let me know.

That's awful! I haven't taken either of these yet, BUT my doc gave me

the Robaxin today and I am going to start tonight --- now I'm scared

to try it -- I'll let you know if it starts affecting me.

Hi Gail,

I tried Ultracet about a year ago and it did NOTHING! It was like taking a

baby aspirin. I have not taken methocarbam.

I sure hope you can get something that will give you some relief.

I don't know about the first one, because I never heard of it. But ultracet

works wonders for me and I don't have any problem with it. The only thing I

find bothersome for me when I take the flexril my eyes starts to itch & it gets

all red. That is the only thing I can tell you. I would recommend you call your

dr asap! You might be having an adverse reaction.
