If this was happening to me, I would stop treating and see if I have an

improvement with the swelling. If it does help, you may need to cut back on your

session time for a while... You may also want to take some Benhadryl to see if

this helps.. Are you using any toxin binders? Glucomannan is a good one and is

inexpensive..

I don't use Benadryl often, when I do I take 2 capsules of 25 mg each..

Take care,

Jim

three minutes on both the left and right, 1 minute on my chest, and my abdomen

for one minute.

Right now I'm using Activated Charcoal. I was also recommended to take Welchol.

For detoxing right now, I'm also doing Coffee enemas 3x a week, but I also use

Burbur. The enemas relieve the joint pains, and enable me to cycle again! I just

need to learn about what's causing the tightness in my throat. Someone also

mentioned, that it may perhaps be Babesia. VERY DETERMINED TO FIND, AND

ERADICATE THIS SHIT, pardon my language, but I can't candy coat this matter lol!

How should I take the Glucomannan? Also, I have had adverse reactions to

Benhadryl, as I'm very sensitive to medications, and over the counter pills.

You want to take Glucomannan on an empty stomach, away from food, supps and

medications.. If you take it close to other supps or medications, they will bind

to it and be useless, I found this out for myself .. It is also very important

to take with at least 8 oz (or more) of water.. You can take 1 - 3 capsules, 3 x

daily. Best to start with one and scale up... Also, don't take near bedtime...

Glucomannan is a good toxin binder, also helps with cholesteraol, controls blood

sugar and is inexpensive.
