For my daughter who has Celiac's Disease and per our naturopath, we use

Intestinal Repair Complex by Biogenesis Nutraceuticals. The main ingredient and

mission with this supplement is L-glutamine to support and heal the intestine.

I could barely make it through your link to glutathione, but I think they are

related!

no i haven't tried any med or herb or such without asking a doctor or a pharmacist or a person qualified as these can inter act with the meds i take now, marg it van be very dangerous.

I completely disagree especially if you are seeking to get Glutathione from your food sources. Hi Jeanie

I don't have time to give you links, but in general it's not easy to take oral

glutathione and have it be absorbed. It's better to try to increase the making

of glutathione within your own body. To do that, you target a healthy liver by

increasing your consumption of sulphery foods like broccoli and taking milk

thistle. Epsom salt baths help too. This is all from memory -- so please

check me for accuracy!
