coiling and symptoms

Hi group, I'm up to 2 minutes and 30 seconds with no die-off yet. What is

bizarre is the last 2 times I've coiled, I've had a strange feeling of pressure

on my chest - makes it more difficult to breathe, I can and I can take deep

breaths, etc. So it is not where I can't breathe. I also feel like coughing

for awhile afterward too, maybe to get that pressure feeling or whatever to

pass. Has anyone else had this? Could it be a co-infection coming to the

surface? never had breathing pressure before, so this is new. I'm not scared

and it again is just more of an " oh, it takes a little more effort to get a deep

breath " but I can.
