Guest guest
If she isn't having any other problems, I don't think there would be a problem in waiting. But if something else does show up before you get to the Appointment, don't hesitate to get ahold of the Dr. Me Nebraska, USA mymocha@... > I talked to the clinic coordinator about the birthmark and she said the > nerosrgeon would definitely want to look at it but said it could wait until > our clinic in July. Guest guest
Hello, everyone. First, Happy Thanksgiving. I hope you all can find a way to enjoy the day. Second, an introduction. I just got out of the psych ward after a major depressive episode where I became a danger to myself. This happened when I discovered that my DIL is a BP. I was raised by a BP mother and have been N/C for 15 years, though I am still dealing with the fallout. Now I realize that I will be dealing with another BP until I die and it pretty much sent me over the edge after a horrible incident two weeks ago which I will relate when my strength returns somewhat. Perhaps I can get some help in dealing with it all. For now, the incident has left my husband and I alone for Thanksgiving. But today, I'm just glad we are both still alive to enjoy it. Many good wishes to all here. I will write in again soon and I thank you all for the intelligent, compassionate posts I have read so far. cs
Guest guest
I just discovered this board, and all of the responses I recieved have been very helpful and supportive. Its all under your control, you can decide when you're ready to vent, discuss, or just read. There are many, many people out there as I have discovered that have the same feelings as you have. There are many feelings common: helplessness at times, feeling not good enough, feeling like a failure for not doing more for your loved one with BPD. At least that is my take. I've been dealing with mother with BPD (but she does not recognize herself as being a problem, she is totally innocent) who suddenly escalated about 5 years ago so there haven't been any calm periods to heal from the bad ones. So I have felt utterly alone until reading the posts here. We all love our family, but a time comes you HAVE to take care of yourself, too. Take care and keep learning, we're all still learning every day!!!

There is a wealth of knowledge in here, not to mention support and understanding. erbussmom() > > I'm new here just didn't have time to talk about anything yet.My dad > suffer from this BPD so did the rest of siblings am sure.Just found > out from the therpist about this disorder never knew at all about > it.My god so many people suffered from it and with time and help we > can overcome and find happiness and peace.Well i'm looking for new > friends so don't be shy i'm interest to learn all about it. > Thanks have a good day and keep in touch. > Bye.. >
