Hi, Elana alklanizing tissue takes a long time.. but every step in that direction counts. If ou are intersted in alklinity issues Dr Young is your man.. 1/4 tea spoon of baking soda will alklinize well but also choince of foods: all vegetables are alkline,meat is highly acidic, grains are acidic.. But there is much more to nutrition than just alkilnity/acidity issues. Grains/beans/lenitls are very important even though they are acidic.. I read in one of LYme books (and who knows if it is so) that Lyme bacteria does not care whether the terrain is acidic or alkline.. that it comfortably lives in 9,8 alklinity that is way more alkiline than human body.Olga
