Boy those are good questions. Maybe because it tastes so good until it

feels so bad????

I know that I will be doing WW the rest of my life, but that's okay because it's

the best.

It does feel good to be back on track. Why when we feel so good when

we're on track do we go off track and feel bad? I guess because we're

human but it's puzzling to me. I realize I'll need to be on WW the rest

of my life or I'll gain it all back again.
