Guest guest Posted December 29, 2001 Report Share Posted December 29, 2001 Hi WW friends, I hope your holidays were merry and those of us who fell off the bandwagon temporarily have mustered the strength to get back on the program!! As I am!!! I am going to do a soup or 3-day diet to jump start my efforts. My old roomie followed this 3-day diet to lose 10 lbs (I alwasy only lost 7) but 7 in 3 dasy is good.....and its only water weight anyway..... I have to do SOMETHING to keep myself motivated and I know that a small crash diet is the ANSWER right now!! Off to form good weightloss habits and drink a LOT of water! ===== PS Remember: Be STRONG, Be healthy. Do NOT relinguish. Go Forth and Conquer!!
