Hi Jim,

Thanks for the detailed MMS protocol instructions. I've reviewed them thoroughly, and I have a question. My bottles of MMS & 50% solution came with printed instructions saying to wait 3 minutes after mixing them, then add water or juice and wait another 7-10 minutes before consuming. Do the instructions that you posted replace the ones I received from Ocean's Lab? The ones you posted say to mix the two, wait 20 seconds, add water or juice, and drink. So no more waiting 3 minutes to add water or juice, and no more waiting 7-10 minutes before drinking? Thanks.
