Guest guest
Hi Group, Recently, four memers have had their email's hijacked and spam posted... I have software that gives me warnings about the links posted in these Spam mails and all of them give warnings about these links. SO NEVER TRY TO OPEN A SPAM LINK... A dead giveaway for Spam postings, the subject line always has " NO SUBJECT. " I would suggest to those with hijacked email accounts to do two things... Change your email passwords and make them impossible to crack. Next, change your Yahoo account password, again make it impossible to crack... Since this is now going on with four group members, I would suggest to everyone, change your email and Yahoo account passwords... This is something if you do monthly will eliminate this Spam... Here is a link that will help you generate strong passwords... http://strongpasswordgenerator.com/ Once a members account posts Spam, I automatically moderate that account until I get confirmation from them they have changed both their email and Yahoo account passwords... This helps protect the group from Spam postings.. Take care, Jim
