When I first got sick and didnt know it was Lyme I went I think 3 weeks taking 1 tablespoon 6 times a day of CS and had no reaction, herx or change at all. I;m glad it helped you-- can't wait until I find the right thing for me!Whitney I think it may have literally saved my life. Bugs were starting to multiply fast and CS was the only thing that knocked them down. Dear Witney, Hope you will find soon ..may I attrack your attention on the quantities . the benefit kick for me at one bottle of 16oz per day. Under this it doe snot do a thing to me . and then it is proprtionnate with quantity 2 bottle helping much more than one .
