There are many ducts throughout the liver not just the large one taking bile out to the small intestine. Those are the intrahepatic ducts. Hope this helps. It's sort of scary to read these things on a test and know they are about you isn't it!! My MRI showed a tumor in a duct which just about freaked me out. But when the docs at the Med center read it they said what was thought to be a tumor was just a bile duct. Whew! If I remember right t should be above 60 depending on which test you were given. Once you beat back Lyme and the coinfections, these numbers should improve. I also took a homeopathic for the immune system which helped alot too. She has given me 3 remedies, one a Lyme nosode, that all made me feel crappy. I'd sure like to take one that actually improves things.
