Guest guest
Thanks for your summary! I just wanted to say I've had the same experience you had, afer 6 liver flushes, I think I got about 400 stones out!! And I also don't have elevated enzymes and my liver ultrasound looked normal. I also have s book which is so helpful, but if you can't get that, you can google the :"Hulda Liver Cleanse" for a recipe for it. You can buy the epsom salts in capsules now if you want. I also found taking 6 bile caps with all that oil to be really helpful! Hulda was an independant researcher who touted the flush's results from her cancer clinic. Debbie Re: Liver / kidney / gallbladder cleanse Hi , It is amazing how much better I feel after doing the Liver gallbladder flush. It really isn't difficult to do either. Drinking Epsom Salts tastes Yucky, but the rest is a snap. If you have a chronic disease, chances are you have stones. The stone breaker tea may help, but I seriously doubt that it would be strong enough to totally desolve the stones. The stones that I got in my last flush were the size of a pinto bean. I take a lot of gallbladder and liver herbs every day and ones that are specific to softening gallstones and yet when I do a flush, I pass a lot of stones. s Moritz said that you should do one flush every three weeks until no more stones appear after 3 consecutive flushes. I do not have high liver enzymes either, and I had an ultrasound on my liver and gallbladder that did not show my liver to be fatty. However, I am still passing stones. I personally think that a lot of the stones are caused by the aggressive killing protocols that we lymies do. The gallbladder and liver just can't keep up and so the toxins go into storage so to speak. Getting them out of storage and out of the body is the best thing you can do to help your detoxification pathways. > > One of my alternative docs sent me a book with word that I should do a liver cleanse or else I'll never get well! I find that hard to believe. My liver enzymes are normal, even though I take significant antibiotics. I take 1 liver supplement a day. I never obviously felt I had any real problem detoxing anything, getting over herxes, etc. I was told by a nutritionist that I may have gall stones though, and she gave me stonebreaker tea and said in 6 months it would remove all stones. > > Reading about a liver cleanse I frankly think I am not strong enough to handle it right now. But is this something that I should seriously do in the future? > > ~ >
