Guest guest
I have similar herxing..really foggy and light headaches. I may give the pinella drops a try. To: Lyme_and_Rife From: its_just_talk@...Date: Fri, 4 Feb 2011 05:26:29 -0800Subject: Re: Re: Re: Coil depth questions Hi Jodie, Thanks for that clarification. Your symptoms, after coiling your head, are exactly the ones I have also gotten. Have you tried Pinella (brain and nerve cleanse) from NutraMedix? That has helped me to get rid of those symptoms, within hours. If 20 drops doesn't do it in 2 hours, I take another 20 drops, and so on. I have taken up to 60 drops that way, with no ill effects whatsoever. I had to take those massive doses, when I stated coiling the crown of my head. I had to keep adding to the dosage, depending upon how much dieoff I had (there was quite a bit, at first, and it was frightening). I had no idea that I had such a large infection in my brain, as I had no neuro symptoms. But I'm willing to bet, that if I had not treated, I would have developed neuro symptoms, without fail. I've only been sick since 2008, so it's early in the game. Now, I never need to take more than 40 drops in one day - 20 drops, twice a day. The worst symptoms of extreme head pain, nausea, dizziness, fogginess and terrible pressure, just disappear. I highly recommend that product for head herxing. Best, Jane Hi Steve, No - treating your shins will not treat through to the back of your legs. This is a very important concept to grasp, when developing a personal coiling method, I have found, through tiral and error, that the surface of the entire body must be coilied, section by section. I began coiling for Lyme, 20 months ago. I herxed all over my body, in direct correlation to coiling specific areas, and that's how I arrived at my conclusions. When I added in body parts, over time, I found I herxed strongly in areas that I thought were covered, such as between my knees, the back of my knees, and even the area surrounding the tops of my knees. I began by coiling my knees together, by placing them in the hole of the coil (I am a small person, and they kind of fit). Anyway, later on in my treatments, I decided to try to coil each knee separately. Wow! What a herx! I had been coiling my knees together for many, many months, previously. Apparently, I was not getting proper coverage. My knees, at that point, were not a "problem" area, so I didn't give them top priority. I was wrong. And so it goes, all over the body. My advice - cover every inch! The coil takes TIME - to treat, to work up to tolerance of coiling the entire body without undue herxing (this could take a year, dependingr!), to work up to trreatment duration time for each body part, etc. The payoff is that if a fequency is effective, it will work to eliminate infection, but only if the frequency reaches all areas that are infected. If one has infection, then how can one determine for sure which areas have colonies of disease, etc.? One cannot know for sure, so the best policy is to cover EVERYTHING. Yeah, it's a pain in the rear, but there's no other way to be positive you will nail all of the infection, otherwise. The coil is tough to use - no doubt about it. I am just getting a big payoff now, after 20 months. My spring flare-up has begun, already. Because of all the work I've done, I'm able to rife it down, quickly. Lyme has tried to surface again, over the weekend, big time. I am just amazed, now, at how effective the coil is to beat it down, right away. I feel 1000% better than I did a few days ago. But - I have been coiling for 20 months! One must do the work, to get the rewards. - Jane
Guest guest
Yah, I've started to get the foggy/eye/head pressure and ringing in my ears back since starting to coil on the head area a few days ago. It isn't plesant, as these are my " worst " kind of lyme symptoms. It takes a lot of concentration right now and I feel disconnected from my head. I've done the pinella 40 drops and can't tell any difference yet as well as welchol to bind the toxins that might be released from the gall bladder into the GI tract. I normally get the hit by a bus feeling (hurt everywhere and am tired) when I herx. This is more of a " oh no, the nasty lyme is coming back " type feeling. Is that a normal herx reaction? I hate it when stuff messes with my ballance, thinking, eyes and ears. That is the worst symptom for me with this nasty illness. Also get a whirling head feeling inside my head on just the right side and a pressure in my right temple. How long does this stuff last if it is a different kind of die off? Guest guest
Hi Jodie, Unfortunately, yes - everything you have described is "normal" herxing from coiling. Yup. I feel for you - I've been there! This is not easy, but it will get better, as your bacterial load gets reduced via coiling sessions. Finding the right detox methods for you is very important, as well as waiting until a herx clears to coil again. It's necessary not to overload the system with more dieoff than can be cleared in a reasonable amount of time. You do not want to be herxing for weeks on end. - Jane >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hi Steve,>> No - treating your shins will not treat through to the back of your > legs. Guest guest
So when this clears, do I go back to the same amount of time that I had been using (I was up to 14 minutes) or do I go lower/higher? I've done my head twice. First time it was the top of the head only (1 minute), then two days later I did i minute on top of the head and 30 seconds on each side of the head (2 minutes total) plus the rest of my normal routine up until that point (after the 5 minutes on abd doing hands and upper arms with them, 1 minute on bottom of feet, 1 minute on ankles, 1 minute with back of calves, 1 minute on back of knees, 1 minute on top of knees (and elbows - they all fit in the coil), 1 minute on top of legs with other side of arms, 1 minute on sternum then the head... The head symptoms didn't start until I did the head. I get night sweats really bad after I coil for a night or two. Up until I did the head, only had joint/muscle pain and fatigue. The head stuff is just miserable - hard to focus at work. So I guess next time (when this dies down) do I pick up where I left off or do I go back or do I go up in time? Quoting " its_just_talk@... Guest guest
I concur on the head symptoms....brain fog and difficulty with focus. This is certainly a herx and my wife gets the same while doing flagyl at the end of her abx cycle. I also get night sweats after coiling. The sweats could be Babesia or just the body detoxing. Just my opinion of course. Guest guest
Hi again, Jodie, If it were me, I'd stay with the current treatment time on your head, and don't increase it just yet. See what happens, next time. The stategy behind all of this, is to keep your herxing under control. Slow-going with treatment sessions, and detox agents to help the body along, will insure that you never take on more than your body can eliminate, over a period of several days. Keeping herxes under control is a fine art (almost!), and is up to the individual. You must gauge your responses, and your treatments, accordingly. You never want to venture into the zone where you are on total overload, as that can be dangerous, and it is very, very unpleasant, to say the least. Dieoff toxins are just that - toxic. Ideally, we want to eliminate them from the body ASAP, with the help of detox agents. It is up to you which detox protocols appeal to you. I have compiled a list of natural detox methods, which I have attached to this message. I have posted this list before. It contains detox protocols that people have been using with success. You might want to try out some of them, to experiment. If you are using pharma bile acid sequestrants, such as Welchol or cholestyramine, some of the natural detox protocols on the list could be used along with those. For myself, I don't do well with pharma drugs, so I stick with the natural stuff. If you are interested in a particular detox protocol, chances are that someone in the group has experience with it, and can provide tips and the best sources for it. - Jane >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Hi Steve,>>>> No - treating your shins will not treat through to the back of your>> legs.
