I have been doing this its a great way to learn to align your body mind and spirit, plus learning to let go . Its highly recommened for patients with cancer, those living with chronic pain, and for those who want to live a healthier lives.. Just keep in mind we all have our crosses to bear in life, its up to each of us to find the gifts and lessons and to know the uniqueness that we all have with in ourselves. Also i have been doing acupuncture, with a highly qualified chinese women, it as lessoned the fatigue in my legs, and the aches in the muscles. Im not so tired after work, I can go the track and walk further than i could before. I found my hands arn't as weak as they were, I can pick up sewing needles with out difficulty, compared as before. It gives me a sense of some normalcy. I have also noticed new muscle growth in my toothpick legs. This excites me.

Guest guest
BARBARA...... Thank you for publishing Digest #887. You hit the nail on the head. Mold poisoning victims ARE getting sick and some are dying ( I have one case as an expert witnessat died from pathogen poisoning ). People who get sick from a leaking or wet mobile home, brick home, office, etc. are in the newest gray area of toxicology.......first come serious poisoning incidents documented by epidemiological evidence (EPA, CDC, OSHA, etc)..........following PhD and MD case study research such as that of Dr. Kilburn, Dr. Sherman or the case in Los Angeles where Dr. Heuser and I are doing a study with 28-29 mold poisoning victims in an office complex that had a sewage pipe leak in Rodondo Beach. Finally, government agencies catch up and publish standards ...........after ACGIH and other industry organizations publish their guidelines which they did for mold earlier and then retracted those guidelines. However, mold poisoning is VERY idiosyncratic depending on a person's immune system, nervous system ( their health . High CFU's of any pathogen can be toxic to some people with compromised immune systems. What makes you sick may not affect me in the least, so guidelines and standards are usually for healthy 40 year old male workers ( ie the OSHA toxic chemical air standards for the workplace ). Therefore, we are in the experimental phase in the evolution of knowledge concerning mold poisoning. Victims should chose their experts based on education and experience (ie, have passed the Daubert and Frye hearings in State and Federal courts as experts.....where junk scientists have been disqualified)). Always ask a suggested expert two questions..... (1)have you ever bee! n disqualfied in any courtroom b y any judge in a mold case? (2) What is your PhD degree in, ie toxicology, microbiology, environmental medicine, etc. Finally, go to the websites of EPA, OSHA, NIOSH, CDC, AMA, etc. to get the facts on mold poisoning.....not chatrooms. Guest guest
Does using EO's in window washing solutions, not leave an oily residue on the glass? Never tried it, so I have no clue. Forgive me if it's a stupid question. Jodi

While some schools do this and place our kids on the honor role, which makes us as parents feel good, it isn't the same as a child achieving the honor role through hard work. The whole honor system is difficult since some very bright students get there without any work while others who really work hard never achieve it. >> Rick, I appreciate your points, but disagree. All the kids in Holly's school know that Holly is not doing the same work as they are, but they cheer her on anyway. She still works incredibly hard on her modified curriculum. Her teachers have more than once told me that she wishes that all of her students worked as hard as Holly. So I believe she deserves to be on the honor roll. In middle school the honor roll doesn't make a whole lot of difference in the long run (i.e. class standing and such) She's proud of herself, and we are proud of her. :-) M.
