rifing schedule for different frequncies???

This is again (Debra's son).

We have had our coil machine for nearly two weeks now and have been using it daily. I have been getting small herxes but nothing too severe at all. I get a few small aches or maybe feel cold for a bit but have certainly never experienced anything which wasn't completely bearable. I don't know whether my body can just detox well or something as I have some pretty severe specific symptoms.

Anyway, I wanted to know if it's 'safe' and 'effective' (I can't see why it wouldn't be) to basically just do a few frequencies every day and do the same frequencies on say each day of the week (or 10 days or whatever)?

For example: (I have just typed in random numbers here)

Mon. 245 467 335

Tue

..

..

..

so I only do each frequency once a week but a few on each day?

Or is this not good because I won't necessarily know which frequency is causing a herx/improvement?
