Guest guest Posted January 23, 2011 Report Share Posted January 23, 2011 This is again (Debra's son). We have had our coil machine for nearly two weeks now and have been using it daily. I have been getting small herxes but nothing too severe at all. I get a few small aches or maybe feel cold for a bit but have certainly never experienced anything which wasn't completely bearable. I don't know whether my body can just detox well or something as I have some pretty severe specific symptoms. Anyway, I wanted to know if it's 'safe' and 'effective' (I can't see why it wouldn't be) to basically just do a few frequencies every day and do the same frequencies on say each day of the week (or 10 days or whatever)? For example: (I have just typed in random numbers here) Mon. 245 467 335 Tue .. .. .. so I only do each frequency once a week but a few on each day?
